The Irving Convention Center is a 100,000-square-foot venue in Las Colinas that hosts a wide range of high-profile events—from tech expos to national conferences. With multiple exhibit halls and meeting rooms, each event brings its own unique set of requirements—including internet connectivity. That’s where BelWave comes in.
The ICC needed a provider who could deliver robust, flexible service across its sprawling campus. BelWave installed two high-capacity, redundant circuits and placed switches in multiple IDF rooms, allowing the ICC to allocate bandwidth to any room, at any time. Whether it’s a single conference room or a full-hall activation, connectivity can be provisioned remotely—often with no lead time. That means event organizers get reliable service tailored to their needs, without disrupting tight schedules.
By working closely with the ICC team, BelWave helped develop a standardized pricing model for event hosts and enabled true bandwidth-on-demand across the facility. It’s a seamless solution, backed by a team that understands both the tech and the timeline.
